Thanksgiving

Hello every one haven't been on in awhile have been really busy getting my house in order for the Holidays. My son came down last week to help me paint the outside of my house and it looks awesome.Mike did a fantastic job...... I also got to see two of my grand sons, they are 4 yr old twins.

Boy it is the Holiday season again and as usual I am not ready for it..:-)  I do have all my Thanksgiving dinner food ready to fix and it is going to smell so good here on Thanksgiving Day!

I sure hope every one is going to have a Wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. I am so thankful to be able to be with my family for the Holidays.

Burrrrrr !!!!!

Hello every one, it is cold here in Cooper,Texas and it is time to get out the blankets, sweaters and every things else to keep warm.   Time to lite the fireplaces or wood burning stoves and make it nice and cozy in your home.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and it will be time to get the pumpkin pies and cookies and all the other wonderful spices to fill your home going in the oven.  Candles flickering, and the cozy warm feeling of the fireplaces or wood burning stoves burning. I hope every one is staying warm and safe this winter that is upon us, some places have snow and it is really cold. Be safe and stay warm where you live!

Hello my dear bloggers. Well another beautiful day here in Cooper,Texas. It was 70 degrees and it is going to be nice tomorrow also. Cool in the mornings and evenings and nice the rest of the day.

I just had to post my Beautiful Quilt that my Sweet Awesome adopted daughter Ashley made for me, her Sweet Mom Becky and Sweet Grandma Janie helped her make it for me. I absolutely Love it and I have it sitting in the living room so I can see it every day!  I made friends with Ashley and her and her Wonderful Family took me in as part of their family and I just Love them to pieces.

I hope every one is having a great evening and will have a wonderful week-end.

My Goregous Quilt!

Branson Trip in May 2011

In May my best friend Peggy and I  took a trip to Branson Mo and we had so much fun! We shopped and saw two awesome shows, shopped some more. Peggy was in awwww...with all the mountains because she had never been to Branson before. I use to live in St Louis and had already been to Branson so I knew what is was going to be like, it has changed a lot since I was there with my husband. There was lots to do and I think we did it all! :-)

We stayed in a really neat Hotel that looked like a Windmill and it faced the strip! The weather was hot there and it rained one day we were there but we still had a really good time.
I will post more pictures later.
